With a surface area of 37 m² and located in the Villa Arcoa adjoining La Villa l’Arche, this apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony with a corner view of the ocean.

With an area of 42 m² and located in the Villa Arcoa adjoining La Villa l’Arche, this apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a terrace with a full ocean view.
Very well furnished in a cosy style, it has an extraordinary view.
The little pluses: two bedrooms (a bed of 180×200 and two beds of 90×200), bathroom with tub and WC, kitchenette with dining area, balcony with ocean view.
OCEAN PRESTIGE
With a surface area of 110 m², this luxury apartment is located on the garden level of the Villa Arcoa adjoining La Villa l’Arche. Its view over the ocean is breathtaking, and its interior decoration combines both the cosy and warm spirit of a seaside house and a peculiar idea of modernity.
The little pluses: three bedrooms (two with a 200×200 bed and two with a 100×200 bed), one of which opens onto a terrace overlooking the ocean. Living room with fireplace, American kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer, bathroom with tub and shower, WC, dining room with large bay window, very nice terrace with ocean view and private sunbathing area with its deck-chairs.
