General terms and conditions

 
Rates
• All rates are net rates and include taxes and services, but do not include tourist tax or drinks.
• Any costs relating to extra individual items or services are to be paid in full on the day of departure.
• Prices are liable to change.
• No cost reductions can be granted for the non-consumption of items or services by the client.
• Extra beds: €35 per person per day (to be confirmed at the time of booking)

Reservations
• Reservations are confirmed on the date of receipt of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the requested package.
• Rooms are available from 3 pm and must be vacated by 12 noon.
• Pets are accepted (with prior agreement) at an extra cost of €19 per day.

Cancellations
• Cancellation requests must be sent by the client in writing.
• If cancellation is requested within 7 days of the planned arrival date, the client will be required to pay the full cost of the stay (except in July & August).
• If cancellation is requested within 14 days of the planned arrival date, the client will be required to pay the full cost of the planned stay (in July & August).

Any client interrupting their stay will be required to pay the full cost of the reserved package.

After contacting the customer service department (contact@villalarche.com) and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 60 jours, the customer may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details and procedures are available on his website : www.mtv.travel.
This is the Tourism and Travel Mediator for hotels. The mediator can be contacted within 12 months of the first complaint.
